Cameron Green: The Next Big Thing in Australian Cricket



Cameron Donald Green was born on June 3, 1999, in Perth, Western Australia. He made his international debut for Australia on December 2, 2020, in an ODI against India.

Green is a batting all-rounder, and is widely regarded as one of the most promising young players in the world. He is a tall and powerful hitter, and can bowl at speeds of up to 140 km/h.

Green has made a strong start to his international career, scoring two half-centuries and taking five wickets in his first six ODIs. He has also played in five Tests, scoring a century and taking four wickets.

In the 2022/23 Ashes series, Green was one of Australia's best players, scoring 271 runs at an average of 54.20 and taking 13 wickets at an average of 21.92.

Green is also a regular member of the Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League and the Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League.
